1) Collection, processing and use of personal data

As a general rule, you can visit our website www.rosenundco.com without giving us any personally identifiable information. Personal data is only collected if you provide it voluntarily by entering into a contract or establishing contact. We process your personal data that comes under the following categories: contact details.
After completion of the contract your data will be blocked in accordance with tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after expiration of these periods (7 years).

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
